		<description>Exactly. The purpose is to increase blood flow, but I use them more to keep&lt;br&gt;me warm/block the sun. I don&#039;t think that arm sleeves do as much for&lt;br&gt;circulation as calf sleeves do.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I like them a lot for cool morning workouts. Once I get warmed up, I can&lt;br&gt;roll down the sleeves or just take them off and stuff them in my pocket.</description>
