I think that getting outside is good for the body... and the mind. It's been craaaazay here in Spokavegas this winter. We literally have NO snow... not one dump the whole season. It's been the 8th mildest on record. WEIRD. But lovin' being able to run on trails during the winter. That's kind of unheard of here (3 feet of snow last winter.) Rock on, JBULL! Great post.
