		<description>I eat more meat now than I used to, but I get lots of veggies in as soup and snacks. My latest kick is eating raw asparagus with hummus....mmmm. But lentils and tofu and quinoa are probably my fave way to get extra protein in. Helps with the meat cravings. :)</description>

It&#039;s one thing to say, hey - I&#039;m an athlete, I burn crazy calories, and I can eat what I want - but when you&#039;re eating for PERFORMANCE, it actually matters what you fuel your body with!</description>
